Generating new insights of how to enter a fragmented marketplace


Challenge: Janssen Healthcare Innovations, which operates as a corporate spin-out subsidiary, wanted to explore a number of strategic options service offering to the NHS. 

Intervention: A workshop conducted at Imperial College London developed a multi-factorial decision support model, identifying previously unconsidered options on the most optimal way to engage Janssen’s services to the NHS.

Outcome: The software supported, facilitative approach allowed Janssen for greater understanding and integration of different functional stakeholders within the Janssen team.  Prior to the engagement, this level of insight had not been available to us before and we see such methods as an important asset in our decision-making process.
